Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the unused products or tools in their original packaging, ensuring all cords and accessories are included for professional tools.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
